U.S. Census Jobs The United States Census Bureau is currently seeking to fill over 1000 positions for part-time, 12-14 week assignments in the Upstate area!
If you are interested in applying for a position with the U.S. Census Bureau, please call 1-866-861-2010 and state that you would like to take the test at RWOC. The actual test is timed and will take approximately 30 minutes. Two forms of ID are required to apply for these positions. Breakthrough is pleased to welcome Barry Middleton with the Information Technology Department of Greenville Tech on Wednesday, April 29th at 6:00pm in the CTC Building. If you, or someone you know, is interested in pursuing education or employment in the Information Technology field you will not want to miss this meeting. Mr. Middleton will be sharing the various aspects of the IT programs offered at Greenville Tech, and be available to answer any questions you may have. Greenville County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) and Youth Council are releasing a Request for Qualifications and Interest (RFQ) for the Greenville County Summer Jobs for Youth Program under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Greenville County Summer Jobs for Youth Program is seeking to qualify interested applicants to create opportunities for youth ages 14 - 24 in summer employment, subsidized work experience training, and work readiness skills. Interested parties are encouraged to apply in order to be qualified. The RFQ may be downloaded from the Greenville County WIB's website at www.greenvillewib.com or by clicking the website links below. RFQ copies are also available at the Workforce Development office, 225 S. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite C-11, Greenville, SC. The deadline for submitting RFQ applications is 12:00 Noon on April 24, 2009.
