GED Classes

September

JCS will be continuing the GED Classes in September in the CTC Building at RWOC. These classes are for anyone interested in obtaining a GED. There will also be Literacy & Math tutors available. There is a fee for this course. If you are interested in registering, please stop by the JCS booth and sign up today! For more information, call 281.1520 ext 1272.

UPCOMING EVENT

The 'Call Me MISTER' program is an effort to address the critical shortage of African American male teachers, particularly among South Carolina 's lowest performing public schools. The program provides tuition assistance for African American males who are seniors in high school and are looking for a career as a teacher. Clemson University and four historically black colleges in SC are collaborating with the 'Call Me MISTER' program. For more details and an application call 1-800-640-2657.
